Adventures in Jimland (MINI)/Jim Wright/Self-published/2003: Free miniatures game about 19th century African exploration. The games are marked RPG for, well, RPGs and MINI for miniatures game.ġ. The only rule for suggestions is dinosaurs or other prehistoric animals must be a defining part of the setting, just not a random monster that turns up every now and again. I hope to include it in a freely distributed homebrew supplement I'm making about playing games with a prehistoric theme (using Savage Worlds, but hopefully general enough that people who prefer other systems can use it as well).īelow is a list I'm sharing to 1) make available to anyone else who is interested in the topic and 2) get ideas for games to add to the list. so I've been trying to put together a list of all the RPGs and miniature games out there that focus on encounters with prehistoric creatures (dinosaurs and otherwise) as a theme. I'm the kind of guy who finds dinosaurs more interesting than dragons.
